About Caroline

I have worked with the elderly since I began my first job, back in my freshman year of high school. Since then, I have had the opportunity to serve this population in multiple different roles. I have volunteered in a hospital program aimed at preventing delirium, served as a caregiver to those with dementia in home settings and assisted living facilities, and worked as the life enrichment manager of a memory care unit. I have loved each position I've held and the ways in which I was able to help some of our most vulnerable members of society. After graduating from college, I began my career in clinical research. I feel blessed that I am able to continue to work closely with the elderly population, particularly those who face cognitive impairments. My ultimate goal is to produce research of my own that will one day impact them on a much larger scale. In addition to continuing this goal, I hope to return to caregiving through part-time or respite care.
