About Caroline

I am an enthusiastic, caring, hard working educator. I have spent the past 14 years teaching in an elementary school. I started my teaching career in a part time position and went on to teach 2nd grade for 7 years and have spent the past 3 years in kindergarten. I struggled as a student, therefore I have a passion for helping those children who need some extra encouragement and guidance. I love to foster a life long love for learning in children and am passionate about the idea that each child learns in their own way. I am a new mother and am looking for a position that would allow me to do what I love, teach and nurture children, while having more flexible hours. Safety is of high importance to me. So, I am looking to work with a family/families who are being extra cautious during the current COVID pandemic. I am also open to working with a small group of children to create a classroom like feel.
