About Caroline

Hello! My name is Caroline, and I'm a dedicated and passionate childcare professional with over a decade of experience working with children. Originally from Brazil, I have been living in the USA for the past 10 years. Currently, I serve as a paraeducator and Autism specialist in the San Ramon Valley School District. My journey in childcare began when I worked in an after-school program for 5 years, and later, I served as the director of the Family Department at the Bay Club for 3 years. This diverse experience has equipped me with a wide range of skills to engage and nurture children effectively. I am a mother of a wonderful 4-year-old and live in San Ramon with my loving husband and son. My background in Occupational Therapy, combined with my hands-on experience, has given me a unique perspective on child development and the ability to create a supportive and enriching environment for every child in my care.
