I am very involved and interactive with all ages of children, respect boundaries set by parents, and am very attentive to the individual child's needs! I have personal experience caring for my own disabled niece and nephew. I have the know how and knowledge of all that goes into taking care of children with disabilities of varying degrees; ex: cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, and dandy walkers disease. I can set up a g-tube, prime the pump as well as replace "button" in the belly if needed. I am well versed in using a suctioning machine if needed and being able to monitor medication needs.
