Hi, I'm Caroline and have been working with kids for the past 11 years. I have experience working with infants (starting at 6mo), toddlers, and school age (4 to 12), feel comfortable driving kids around and helping to set up a nice network with other kids (playdates). Besides working as a Nanny I also worked as a teacher assistant for 8 years, which gave me a great understanding of how can I help to develop the kids while respecting their time and needs. I'm very easy-going and talkative, have experience with potty training, and love to cook and do crafts with the little ones. I'm respectful and reliable, caring and patient and I hope I can help your family.

Carol is the best nanny you could ask for. She has watched our boys full time since March 2022 (1.5 years). We have twin toddlers who are a handful and she took care of them with so much love and energy. Her teaching background from working at a daycare for 8 years was very helpful because she was able to create many activities for them that I never would have thought of. She is always co side ring their safety first and education and independent development. Our family is going to miss her so much. I cannot recommend her more for anyone with children!
