About Caroline

I am a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a passion for supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. My educational background includes a graduate degree in Social Work, and I have over a decade of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I am also CPR and CPI certified, and I have received training in First Aid. My approach to childcare is centered around kindness, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and am always willing to follow their preferred communication methods. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules and routines as established by the parents. I enjoy a variety of activities with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. My skills and training also extend to cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
