About Caroline

I've always known I wanted to work with children. That's why I am currently getting my degree at the University of Georgia to become a Speech-Language Pathologist for children and now have two years of experience as a childcare provider at an elementary school. I'm passionate about fostering children's development, and I believe every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential. I'm naturally patient and friendly, which helps me connect with children and create a warm, nurturing environment. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. I believe that consistency and structure are important for children's well-being, and I work closely with parents to ensure that we're all on the same page. I'm happy to provide regular updates to parents about their child's day, and I follow their preferred communication method. I believe that open and honest communication is essential for building trust and rapport with families.
