About Caroline

Hi! My name's Caroline and I'm a 26 yo Virginia native. I moved to Durango this Summer and have since been working as a landscaper. I've nannied for 2 families with children ranging from 4 mo-3 yo. I was responsible for caring for their needs and facilitating nap time, playtime and general housekeeping with an emphasis on outdoor time and no screens. I've also worked as a postpartum doula providing newborn care as well as emotional and household support. I have experience developing the curriculum and instructing for an Outdoor School and Nature Summer Camp ages 5-12. I've spent over 2 years working as a wilderness therapy guide (ages 13-17) and high ropes challenge course facilitator. These experiences grew my ability to communicate with children and hold boundaries while remaining compassionate. I love to have fun with kids, be goofy, play games and spend time outside. I'm a natural homemaker and am happy to help out with housekeeping, errands, pet care, etc. if desired. Cheers!
