About Caroline

As a caregiver with six years of experience, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and development. I have a patient and calm demeanor, making me approachable to both children and parents. My approach to communication is through verbal updates during pickup, ensuring parents are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arose. I am very comfortable with enforcing household rules and find joy in engaging children in various games, including outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles. With a background in graduate school, I am comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of four and five. In addition to my childcare experience and education, I have completed CPR training and First Aid training. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am willing to assist with tasks such as cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
