Caroline is wonderful. She is helping me for a couple months while I await a permanent daycare spot. She is gentle, kind, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, honest, fun, present with my daughter without being invasive of her growing independence, 100% tuned into my daughter and not on her phone. She is mindful of my preferences and offers her own ideas and suggestions, which I appreciate. We plan to keep Caroline on our babysitting/Petsitting list for as long as she’s available!
