Caroline was employed by my art gallery and I was impressed by her initiative. Sales can be slow in a gallery on a day to day basis. Caroline used the extra time to organize our filing system and paintings storage. She took idle time and made it productive, this is invaluable to a small business owner. She was always friendly to customers and I got a lot of compliments when she was in the gallery.
