About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as hardworking, kind, and caring. I like working with kids because I think it's so much fun to watch them learn and grow as people. In my experience with students with disabilities, I specifically love being someone they can depend on and that will treat them as a person first and then address the disability as needed. I'm looking for a job that works with my other schedules. I am a para at a Special Education school and also attend physical therapy during the week. It doesn't give me the most availability but I'd like to spend more time doing something else that I enjoy. I started working with kids when I got a job at my high school with the CLS students. Ever since then, I have loved spending my time working with and caring for kids and those with disabilities.
