Caroline was fantastic when she showed up for work and called off due to sickness of family which those requests off started immediately and then several days off throughout the month. I think she was excellent with general care and was very understanding and extremely kind. She took vitals and was very consistent with giving medication as requested. She is talkative which a very great attribute but tricky with Alzheimer's patients. I am not certain she had the level of expertise needed to care for a mid-stage ALZ patient.
