Janice Caroline (aka Neecie) was a major influence in my girls lives. She cared for both of our daughters from the time they were infants until they went to pre-K. She was fully engaged in all areas of their development and worked hard to expose them to many different activities. She helped reinforce good manners, good eating habits and helped our family stay organized. She was extremely professional, safe and responsible. I can't say enough good things about her and any family would be so lucky to employ her. She is a very rare and special.
