About Caroline

Extremely knowledgeable, well researched, and thoughtful in areas of cleaning and housekeeping - with exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail, I am very passionate about not only the concept of keeping a clean and organized home that works for you, rather than against you - but also give special consideration to proper maintenance and care methods for individual materials, items, fixtures, appliances, and structural features around the home. I am educated in industry standard cleaning techniques for various indoor scenarios, and am able to identify common areas of concerns within the indoor environment and recommend appropriate next steps for cleaning, remediation, and/or repair. I take care to mitigate the root of the issue whenever possible, rather than leaning on quick, temporary fixes. At the end of the day my objective is to always set the client, the environment, and myself up for long term success by doing things once and doing them right.
