About Caroline

Hello, my name is Caroline! Ever since I began working with kids, I've become so passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. With four years of experience (including being privately employed by families and working at childcare centers) I've become highly skilled at caring for children. I enjoy keeping kids engaged with a variety of enriching activities, especially doing outdoor activities or anything related to art and creativity. I am a very patient person which helps me create an open and safe environment for your child. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide regular updates on your child's day. I have CPR training and I am willing and able to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I enforce household rules consistently and am comfortable adapting to your parenting style. Let's work together to ensure your child thrives and has a wonderful time in my care.
