It can be a one time clean, bi weekly, or even monthly! I can provide references if needed as well. I provide all my cleaning supplies/equipment, so you don't have to provide anything! If you want me to use your supplies or something in particular in your house, that's fine too! I don't judge, so don't be afraid or feel embarrassed to ask for help, because we all need it!
