Hi my name is Caroline and I am 26 years old! I have a degree from the University of Maryland and I'd describe my personality as compassionate, responsible and fun! I started working with kids when I was 14 years old as a counselor in training at a summer camp. I continued to work with kids every summer after that until I was about 21 years old. During that time I worked my way up to head counselor and eventually to the art director of a large camp. In this position I was teaching art classes to children ranging from ages five to 12. I love to spend my free time drawing, painting and reading. I think it is important to find the time to do the things I love in order to increase my skills and to maybe find new passions in the process! I also am a dog lover and really enjoy taking my golden retriever on long walks! My skills include creativity, patience, compassion, problem solving and time management.
