About Caroline

I would like to introduce myself as someone who has always cared deeply for the elderly. This began early for me as I had a strong loving relationship with my grandparents. As they grew older and more fragile, I found myself developing a big interest in their health and happiness. Later in my senior year in high school, I would spend time with an elderly woman who was trying to learn how to use a small Apple computer. This friendship blossomed and I would show up numerous days of the week to spend time with her. Contrary to the rampant ageism that exists in society, I like to give our dear wise elders the great respect and honor that they are due! I like to encourage our elders to lead happy, comfortable, and independent fulfilling lives for themselves. Others who know me describe me as being a gentle person, patient, a great listener, kind, and compassionate. My skills include cooking, shopping, meal planning, tidying of kitchen and home, and reading aloud.
