Caroline is amazing! We are so blessed to have her in our family's life. She is amazing with our 3 month old son and has a lot of experience with taking care of children. She is very communicative and flexible with her schedule. I love how she leaves little notes on my feeding and napping chart about how the day went, how our son ate, if he spit up, and how he napped.
