About Caroline

Hello! My name is Caroline, and I've recently relocated to the beautiful San Diego area. With over 7 years of experience working in the senior care industry, I've had the privilege of assisting in over four different facilities, where I've gained extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of the industry. From helping with group activities in a facility setting to providing 1:1 companionship to clients, I've truly seen it all. It's through these experiences that I've honed my skills, not only in caregiving but also in providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships with those I care for. What originally inspired me to enter this field was watching my grandmother, who struggled with dementia toward the end of her life. I could see the impact caregivers had on her well-being, and I knew I wanted to be a part of that positive influence. I carry her spirit with me every day in my work and strive to bring the same level of patience, empathy, and care to those I work with.
