About Caroline

As a nurturing and responsible caregiver, I thrive on making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families. With three years of experience, I am comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of one and 11. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to provide a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. I believe in open and respectful communication with parents, and I readily adapt to their preferred methods of communication. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead. I am particularly skilled at organizing a variety of games and activities that cater to different age groups. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I also enjoy incorporating educational games that promote learning and development. I am currently in nursing school as well. Sometimes my schedule may change. I have school mon-wed 6-2:30 which makes me unavailable then.
