About Caroline

I am very outgoing and friendly. I make a point to get to know every child for their quirks and love them for it! I am very artistic and love to inspire creativity. I make a point to listen to their concerns & questions with empathy and compassion & do my very best to make them comfortable and feel loved! I have a silly side & enjoy playing, having silly conversation. I'd describe my personality as creative, outgoing, and diligent. I started working with kids by babysitting in college, I've been around children my whole life as my mother was the director of a preschool so I fell in love with their sweet and silly personalities and learned I can really help children be more comfortable and confident to be themselves. In my spare time, I like to paint, read, ride bikes, listen to music, hang out with my friends and kitty cat, and watch movies. My skills include my compassion, my ability to think fast and adapt to a situation, and my imaginative and creative nature.
