Carol is simply amazing! She's incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and goes above and beyond for our baby. When he's cranky or tired she sings for him, rocks him and cuddles him and whenever possible she takes him to the playground or out for a walk. During the day she talks a lot with him, plays and reads books for him, so he learns a lot with her. I also love that while she's very loving and caring she understands that kids need boundaries and rules, which is exactly how we want to raise him. She's extremely reliable, organized, and punctual and very thoughtful. She also helps with the household and the laundry, which makes everything so much easier for us. All in all, Carol is so easy to work with and a huge blessing for our family - I highly recommend her!
