My specialty is cooking and nutrition. I am also able to care for disabled and elderly as I have had years of experience doing so in my life. I have an adult son with Autism and would be willing to do short respite visits for a parent or caregiver of an Autistic child that needed to go to the store or a movie for caregiver health. I am willing to do what needs to be done but need some flexibility in my scheduling because I homeschool two teenagers and travel to storm recovery zones to run a kitchen for the restoration workers. I worked for years as a medical receptionist, I was a massage therapist for 13 years, I cared for a quadriplegic for two years and helped care for two elderly grandmothers and then my father after two strokes.
