About Caroline

Hello, my name is Caroline, though many of my coworkers affectionately call me "Carebear." I have extensive experience working with children across various age groups and settings. From 2020 to 2021, I worked in a daycare, caring for children ages 2 to 3. From 2021 to 2023, I served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working with children ages 2 to 12 who faced developmental and behavioral challenges that hindered their ability to attend school. In this role, I focused on helping children build essential skills for school readiness, such as fostering independence in daily activities (e. g., eating and self-care) and teaching communication skills, like asking for help or initiating play with peers. Currently, I work as a medical assistant four days a week, and I'm seeking a weekend babysitting commitment as I prepare to pursue a Master of Nursing program at Emory University, starting this summer.
