I do have experience in taking care of those that are older that need special needs and care . I have helped with dementia patients and alzheimers patients. They can be a little difficult but nothing I haven't been able to handle. They can get Moody and irritable. I have pretty tough skin. I'm a very loving and kind person. I can be stern when need be but I usually take a more softer approach. When I do take the stern approach I try to be sure that I take it in a kind of way where they don't feel like they are being bossed around or treated like a child.
