While we didn't end up moving forward with Carolina, it was a very hard decision between her and another applicant. She was punctual, a great communicator, and very friendly all throughout the interview process. We did a phone interview and then an in-person visit. She was great with my 7 month old daughter in person and I could see her being very hands on with her care. Carolina seems to have a lot of great experience working with kids and a very calm, patient temperament that will work for any household. I'm only sorry it didn't work out with us!
