I myself am a mother of two girls and I grew up caring for some of my younger cousins as a young girl. I became a caregiver/nanny when I was 25 years old and then I took a break to care for my two girls. Once they were teenagers I decided to go back to care giving. I started off as part time nanny for a family to meet their needs. This family then moved and I met a new family in which I worked full time. Since five years ago, when I went back to care giving, I have worked with four different families ranging between a period of seven months to two years per family. I am very passionate and careful when caring for children. I cooperate with the parents to ensure that their child is in the best hands. I take the child to the playground, story time at the library, museums, and classes in which they are signed up for, like "Music Together." I often read to the child because I know the importance of education. I am bilingual in Spanish so I like to read to them in Spanish and show them some words. Overall I would consider myself loving and gentle. I am patient and I love working with children.
