About Carolina

Hi my name is Carolina. I work as a teacher assistant in a Montessori school during the year and looking for a summer job. I am also studying for a preschool teacher. About me, I am creative, patient, very organized and responsible. I have been working as a childcare provider for over 7 years and two more in a school. I take my job seriously and support families and children in the way I would like my kids to be treated. (I don't have but in the future). I am available this summer and willing to help a family and have a good time with their children. I understand the importance of clear communication with parents and always follow their preferred method, as verbal communication, regular updates via text, email or phone calls. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I enjoy outdoor activities like sports or games, puzzles, and engaging children in a variety of activities that foster learning and development.
