Carolina is AMAZING - hard-working, responsible, trustworthy, great with kids, and bilingual. We've had five different nannies and she is by far the best (we've had some good ones too)! She has been our nanny for the past 6 months and we are so sad to lose her because she is moving to Portland. We have two high-energy boys (1-year and 3-year) and having her help was the only thing that helped us survive while my husband and I were both working full time. She is very interactive with the boys and teaches them both Spanish. She takes them on walks, to the playground, and always has a lot of energy to play. She helps outs around the house and truly makes our lives easier - she does all the boys' laundry, bathes them, prepares healthy meals, and cleans up around the house. She is very proactive and takes the initiative to do chores without being asked. Sometimes we would ask her to work long hours or odd times and she was always flexible and accommodating. We will miss her so much!
