Hi! My name is Carolina. I love what I do, and preform to the best of my abilities. In addition to working in home care settings as well as nursing homes, I also have experience working in the hospital on a medical surgical unit. I am currently a Licensed Practical Nurse and have also had my Certified Nursing Assistant Certification for almost 10 years now. I have experience working with infants, teens, adults, and elders. I also have experience working with individuals who have special needs, and are differently abled. I have my CPR, BLS, and First Aid certification. I also have been a certified Direct Support Professional. I am a patient and goal oriented person. If you give me a task I will complete it, and I have no problems with asking for help if I need it. I always like to find new ways to problem solve. I am a positive person and have a very upbeat personality. I'm also a creative person, and believe in open and honest communication.
