Carolina was absolutely wonderful with our multiple high energy children. She engaged heavily with them, and integrated all routines and responsibilities within appropriate play to keep the kids engaged and excited even about things as simple as cleaning up their Legos. After, she was still able to keep them not over-stimulated and wind the kids down for bedtime routine. My only regret is that Carolina had to move to the opposite coast and we can not re-hire her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone with childcare needs.
