About Carolina

My name is Carolina, I am 23 years old, and I would love to work with your kiddo(s)! I have lived in Athens for nearly six years, graduating with my bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Georgia in 2022. I am currently back at UGA completing my masters in combined practice social work. My career goal is to obtain my clinical license upon graduating, allowing me to privately practice clinical counseling and expressive arts/play therapy. I have spent the last three years working with kids in a variety of settings including school, non-profit, daycare, and home. I have served local children and their families in a number of roles such as after-school counselor, camp counselor and program director, and child advocate, registered behavior technician (Autism therapy provider). I have experience with children with disabilities and feel very comfortable with nonverbal kiddos as well. Please reach out if it seems like I would be a good fit for you and your little ones!
