I understand there have been some difficulties with the background checks. I went to Reddit and read all the negative comments from both those that need a check bc they wish to become a Nanny. Or there are families looking for a Nanny. The main complaint was the company Care uses ($40-60) a company that gives a shallow report. No info from any sex offender registry, so families, nor potential Nannies get thorough reports. I passed my Background Check when I went to work for a registry. That was a few years ago, but was cleared by the State of Calif. My patient was a young teen; I was paid by the State. (resume available upon request) I have a medical/phcy backgrnd. I assisted an orthopedic surgeon in the O/R for a number of years, and worked in pharmacy for 8 years, too so if anything ever comes up in the family, I can take care of it. I enjoy working with little ones, teaching them. Your children with get well rounded, LOVING, tender care. .
