About Carole

I have always been passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles further solidified my desire to positively impact young lives. I am a patient, calm, creative, and imaginative individual. I make myself friendly and approachable to children to make them feel comfortable and safe in my care. As an experienced caregiver with five years of experience, I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. Regarding communication with parents, I provide verbal updates at pickup, regular updates via text or phone call, and I always follow the parents' preferred communication method. Whether we're playing outdoor sports, technology-based games and apps, educational games that promote leaning, or classic board games and puzzles, I always aim to ensure that playtime is both fun and engaging for the children in my care.
