Carol has been a delight to work with. She is high energy and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. She's watered the plants, made numerous trips to Costco, answered texts/phone calls/and even taken on responding to his hospice nurses and care team to coordinate care and request services. Oh, did I mention she's established a true bond with her patients? She's a delight! I can't say enough about Carole. I've witnessed her advocate for her client and keep in frequent contact with her clients family on the mainland. She comes to work with personal experience of how a caregiver can change a life and you see that in her work. Five Stars.
