I am an energetic, physically fit, retired professional from Stony Brook University. Have experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's/Hospice. Loving and patient. Mother had Dementia so have first hand knowledge from family perspective. Have 4 years of part-time employment with agency and 4 years privately employed. 3 years taking care of my mother who lived with Alzheimer's Disease. Lived with my precious sister last month of her life while on Hospice so know first hand the agony of what families go through. I assisted last family with navigating Hospice for their mother. My passion is taking care of others. It is what gives me the greatest joy.

I had the pleasure of working with Carol at Stony Brook University in her role as Graduate Programs Coordinator. Carol was wonderful with the students, so much so that they confided in her with personal issues because she was so warm and caring. Carol always put the students first and advocated for them. She single-handedly revamped our Commencement ceremonies to enhance it for our students and their families. As a colleague, Carol was always eager to pitch in wherever help was needed. She is extremely conscientious and always strives to do her best. Although Carol was working at the university, her background and expertise is in human services and caregiving. I highly recommend her for any position she applies to. She will be asset to any organization that hires her.
