Carolann is the best! She was our full-time nanny for our two young boys for over two years. We would have kept her forever but we moved out of state for work reasons. She is very responsible and mature; a careful and trustworthy driver. I never worried about the kids in her care. Half the time they didn't want her to go home at the end of the day, and asked about her on the weekend! Firm enough to keep your kids safe and secure, but also the most fun, energetic, silly, and snugly caregiver around. Great communicator throughout the day. Helped us with kids' laundry, pick-up from preschool, light cooking for kids, and even treated us to her fabulous Italian cooking occasionally. Carolann will forever be part of our family.
