About Carolanne

I have been working with children for the past 18 years in both a licensed/accredited facility and as a private nanny. I am fully vaccinated and still practice safe covid restrictions. I have a reliable car and valid divers license. I am both dependable and flexible. Through my years of experience, my love and passion for teaching and leading little minds has grown exponentially. Over the years, my experiences have equipped me with many skills such as excellent time management, clear and constructive communication with parents, conflict resolution, embracing independence in every stage of growth, self-expression through art, and many other skills. In my spare time, I enjoy doing all things outdoors including running, hiking, backpacking, and fishing.
