Believe it or not, I have been babysitting for more than 12 years! I've worked with many different families and summer camps over the years, so I'm comfortable with every age group. But my most recent experiences are with infants and toddlers. A bit of my background... I graduated from Tufts University in 2020 with majors in Environmental Studies and Environmental Relations (a self designed major focused on developing environmental stewardship in young people). Since graduating, I've worked as a babysitter and pet sitter, a climate justice organizer, a political canvasser, and a union organizer. I spent the past eight months working for the NYC Department of Education as a paraprofessional for children with special needs. My goal is to become a teacher! As a caregiver, I like to emphasize outdoor time, music, and social-emotional learning. But my top priority is to meet each child and family where they are in order to support healthy development.

Caro was an incredible help to us last Summer when our childcare plans for my 1-year-old suddenly fell through. They worked with us several times a week for two months until the school year began and it was a great experience for our family. Both my baby and my 3-year-old loved Caro's energy, playfulness, and kindness. They were extremely conscientious and communicative, and we always felt comfortable knowing Caro could handle any challenge that came up and keep us fully informed if needed. (Especially during some of my toddler's most temperamental spells!) We highly recommend them as a trusted caregiver for your little ones.
