Carmen (Carminda) has been with our family for over 4 years and she is absolutely amazing! She started when our oldest child was less than a year old and she was also with us to welcome our second. In the entire time we've known Carmen, she has been an extension of our family. My kids love her and I count her as one of my close friends. Her ease with children comes naturally and she makes even the simplest activities so much fun for them! I trusted Carmen to handle absolutely everything the kids needed when I wasn't around. She requires no hand-holding in knowing what to do for them, from breakfast to bedtime routines and everything in between. Even when the kids were sick, Carmen never avoided coming to work. When we relocated out of town, I was most sad to be leaving Carmen behind... My kids still ask about her and have so much love for her. Any family to have her looking after their kids would be incredibly fortunate!
