About Carmen

Hi! My name is Carmen. I am currently in College, when writing this I am finishing up my associates at GRCC, then attending GVSU in the fall to complete my bachelors in elementary education and certification in Pre-K- 3rd. I am currently a nursery attendant at Trinity Lutheran Church and care for anywhere from newborns to around 7 years old on weekends. I have been there for four years and love my kids sincerely! I also have experience in teaching. I've worked and try to continue to work with the Refugee education center, teaching things such as basic math, basic English, and basic US customs, norms, and behaviors. I care for children like they are my own and my number one priority is their safety. Additional Information: -I am CPR, AED and First Aid Certified. -I do have a valid drivers license and a reliable car in case of need of transportation I do have another job but can attempt to work around my schedule If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask!
