About Carmen

I'd describe my personality as responsible, compassionate, and dependable. I value the meaningful connections I build with seniors who have rich life experiences to share. It challenges me to grow in patience, empathy, and resilience. In a job, I value security and a warm, family-like atmosphere. A flexible schedule for a balanced life, alongside fair compensation and a supportive team environment, are also key considerations. I started caring for seniors since July of 2014. In my spare time, I like to try new places to eat, hangout with my friends and family, read, make candles, and watch movies. Families should know I am extremely responsible and committed to providing the best care possible for their loved one. In senior care, my top three skills are empathy which help me understand their emotions; patience that allows me to respect their pace; and attention to detail, which ensures I observe changes in health and administer medications safely.
