About Carmen

I'm passionate about supporting families by providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for their children. With over eight years of childcare experience, I have developed a patient, calm, and creative approach to caring for children. I am also TrustLine certified and have completed coursework in Early Child Development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. In addition to childcare, I am a certified teacher and am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I speak both English and Spanish and am comfortable caring for children aged 0-11, with a preference for two children at a time.
