About Carmen

I have worked the past 16 years as a Home Health Aide. In that role, I have served and taken care of hundreds of patients in their home with basic but exceptional service in duties such as: personal hygiene and healthcare, feeding, bathroom duties, showering, and grooming. These patients have been elderly, disabled, and convalescent; all with their own needs. I work with timeliness, high organizational skills, and the utmost compassion. I maintained detailed records of patient condition, progress, and/or problems; discussing observations with supervisors to ensure appropriate ongoing patient care. Quickly building rapport with patients in distressing and/or challenging situations, acquiring trust and forging relationships to optimize patients' quality of life and positive outlook was another responsibility. I consistently demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
