Carmen has been our nanny for the last 6 months, and she was truly the best nanny we could ever ask for. If it weren't for schooling needs, we would have Carmen for as long as she would have us! She does an amazing job creating a structured daily routine, incorporating enriching education and practicing developmental skills based on age. She provides care for your child with so much nurture. She also prioritizes safety in every possible way. She does a great job communicating with you throughout, from scheduling, to recapping how the day went with your kiddo, to updating you on any developmental milestones (and she always sends pictures and videos!). She is also a great helping hand in your home with household tasks. I especially loved how she had an activity planned everyday, whether it was arts & crafts, or an outdoor activity. She truly became a part of our family, and her bond with our child grew to be so special. We will continue to have Carmen's care whenever she is available as we cherish her so very much!
