About Carmen

Hi!, 21, current student at BC for psychology. Working with children is my passion and my goal after college is to be an art therapist. I've been working in childcare for 6 years now, my previous employers include KinderCare where I was a floater for a year and worked with all ages 5weeks to 5 years! Then I was a pre-kindergarten teacher for another year. I've been working at Boys and Girls Club the past 2 years as a youth development professional. This was at an elementary school with grades k-5 but during summer camp 6-10 included too. During this time I have continued babysitting and have families I've worked with for years who can also provide references. My jobs have included planning and executing indoor/outdoor activities, preparing meals/snack, and daily cleaning/organization. I have CPR, first aid, blood born pathogen and food handlers certification. I also have multiple merit trainings including 30 hour basic safety, and safe sleep. Can provide transportation.
