Carmen was with our family for three years. We adored her. She started when my son was 17 months and I was about to have my daughter. She knows babies so well, and she would handle light housekeeping and meal prep when they napped. I don’t think we could have survived the two under two phase of life without her! Our kids still ask for their “Coco” to babysit.
