Hello my name is Carmen and I'm 19 and I'm in college, so if there is time flexibility when school starts that would be lovely. I've worked at a daycare with all ages before and I loved working there. My main reason for working with kids is their funny and loving moments it just makes my day. It goes with my personality slightly cause I like to goof around and have fun as-well but I do understand there is a need for structure and routine. I grew up with 5 siblings being the 3rd oldest so this isn't new to me.

Carmen was a pleasure to work with. She babysat my children a month ago and I loved her punctuality. She was ready to engage with my child and I was able to slip away without a tantrum or anything. She kept me updated with texts and photos which was more reassurance. She also communicates well with time changes. Overall lovely to work with she is reliable and responsible, I will be asking her to watch my child again.
